Spacebuilder were contacted by Brenntag UK Ltd to design, modify and fully refurbish a 2 storey 12.1m x 6m ' Plastisol exterior modular building from our extensive fleet. After deciding the best internal layout for our clients needs we agreed on a bespoke floor plan which included a Reception area, open plan office space, DDA WC and kitchen area to the ground floor with the First floor laid to a changing area with shower, single WC and a number of management offices.

On completion the Modular building boasted a suspended ceiling, Upvc double glazed windows and doors, Hard wearing office carpet, anti slip vinyl to welfare areas, full air conditioning heat/cool system, cat II lighting, internal doors with vision panels all built to meet building and fire regs . Externally the Complex was finished in Gun metal Grey and bespoke Fascias. The installation met all Health and safety requirements.

Spacebuilder delivered and installed the building on time and on budget including external stairs to the Sandbach Depot, which had recently undergone a complete re-development. The delivery of the office / welfare building completes the project.
