4Nr Bespoke New Built Cabins Various sizes, skid mounted, Trafford Park, Manchester, England.

John Hogg Technical Solutions is a leading manufacturer of solvent soluble dyes and marker chemicals for the international petroleum industry.

The company required new office and welfare buildings which could be built to their own specified design as the existing buildings had deteriated and needed re-newing.

Spacebuilder met with John Hogg's technical adviser and designed 4Nr welfare and office cabins.

All the cabins were manufactured within our factory at Carrington, Manchester and were built using galvanized steel chassis with Plastisol Steel composite insulation panels, white Upvc double glazed windows, solid core entrance doors with closures and key pad locks with washable vinyl faced plasterboard.

All the electrics were fitted to NiCEIC BS7671 17th edition regulations.

Cabin one was laid out as and office unit with a small lobby and hatch. Quality carpet was laid on site to give the finished look.

Cabin Two was laid out as a WC block with 2Nr cubicled WC'S, 2Nr urinals and 2Nr wash hand basins. Flooring was laid with anti slip vinyl.

Cabin Three was designed as the canteen with a fully fitted kitchen which included a sink/drainer over a storage carcass fitted with cupboard and 4Nr drawers. 2nr wall cupboards and single carcass cupboard and drawer unit with a length of worktop surface Flooring was laid with anti slip vinyl The Kitchen was finished in a contemporary style cherry wood with chrome handles.

Cabin Four was split with a clean and dirty changing area with bench seating, coat and hat hooks and a wash hand basin with the central area housing Two single glass screen ed shower units.

Once the units were ready for delivery and loaded, we met the haulage vehicles on site with a hi-ab crane, skates and fork lift trucks to locate the cabins into the warehouse where they were to be sited permanently. After a mornings work all four units were in place and ready for connections. Spacebuilder also looked after the works on this project and completed Cold water, foul drain and electrical connections.
