A 6Nr Bay Modular building designed as a 3Nr bay on top of 3Nr Bays.

The new building is to house a classroom for music to teach children , a recording booth, DDA WC, and breakout areas downstairs, on the first floor the builing is divided into a number of working offices for Leeds Music Trust and a Guitar workshop office along with a small kitchen and WC. The building also boasts an internal staircase and large lobby/ reception area. The building is DDA compliant 

 

The building is constructed from the market leaders pre owned stock and completely re-lined internal walls, re insulated , new suspended ceiling, new flooring of mix carpet tiles and vinyl flooring, Large 2m x 1m toughened glass windows (colour coded) , french doors, and obscured vision high level windows. New electrics and new plumbing all meeting current regulations. Externally the building will have its own style belly boards and fascias and Spacebuilder will look after the DDA compliant pathway leading to the building along with a link way to the new recording studio out building.

 

Spacebuilder Limited took complete control of the project from applications to foundation pilling to installation and refurbishment. Time to complete from installation 4 weeks
